How do I create permissions?

You need to create a table of permissions, this will allow you to use commands with which you can fully manage MusicBOT.

To get an accessible list of commands, we send the message !help to the MusicBOT on the TeamSpeak server - Please note that in order for the command list to be displayed, the bot must also have permissions on the TeamSpeak server to send the message back.
